Gold Rush Junction

ABOUT THE GAME   Gold Rush Junction is a worker placement board game created by Michael Chambers for Ocelandia Games.  The game is based on the 1880's old west and named after a long since gone adventure park called Gold Rush Junction.  Players compete to be the richest in town by placing their workers in the best paying positions but knowing that everything can change quickly.  Players may purchase businesses to help capitalize on the growth of the small town.  Extra workers can be added for more income.  But be careful of the mayor.  The mayor is chosen each round by whoever is willing to pay the most to be in the position, which does carry some power.  Work hard, invest wisely and watch out for the mayor.
